Love Having a Load of Clothes Dry in 20 Minutes!

As luck would have....we were walking the dog in the neighborhood and see this company van. Our dryer has been taking forever to dry a load. The hubby tried to unclog the vent but it was a mess. He walked up to the van and Ryan told him about their service. After waiting two weeks for another company to give us an estimate, the hubby call the Wizard and set up a time. James was early for the appointment- nice. It took him 5 hours to complete the job, it was a mess. Under the house was wet and muddy and tight for room. He cleared the old, crushed, non-working duct, which really wasn't properly installed to begin with. Installed a new duct with smarter slopes. Replaced a difficult tubing from the dryer to the wall also. We received a written estimate before he started. The job with parts and labor was very reasonable. We felt bad for the guy in the mess under the house. But I LOVE having a load of clothes dry in 20 minutes. Wished we had called the Wizard sooner.
